A combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Jesse served in the U.S. Marine Corps before transitioning to a career in public service. He has spent over a decade in the utility industry and currently works for the City of Surprise in Water Resource Management. Committed to lifelong learning, Jesse holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT Management from NAU and recently earned his MBA from Ottawa University.

Deeply dedicated to his fellow veterans, Jesse serves as a 3rd Year Trustee for the VFW. He has been married for 22 years, is a proud father of four, and brings the "Semper Fi" spirit to everything he does.
